Providng a an online platform around „pain points“ and „nice-to-haves“ for gym:
- Form Tracking via Images.
- Food tracking by sharing MyFitnessPal embed or something.
- Community PUSH: form groups and they push each other. They see what you post in form tracking (you can select private or public) and your food log. If you miss posting, you get gaslit.
Basically you get PUSHED to stay consistent with GYM and FOOD. - Recipe Liste: inkl. „Hacks“ (Dattel + Salz für Pump) + Wochenplaner & Shopping list even.
- Trainingsplans Liste – download or view direct in browser.
- Playlist Liste – use on Spotify.
Recovery things: - Gym Buddy Matchmaking: location based probably makes most sense.

Solving this problem: NEVER Low motivation or no commitment again, because an army of brothers has your back – and you must have theirs. Constantly surrounded by people hitting the gym, eating clean and staying consistent – rubbing-off effect. Also Motivation: feel down? open the platform and get the push you need.

Just in the shower I had the idea to capitalize on the whole trend of „running girly“ type aeshtetic that many people now live.
Value prop: find people to ride Bike with. Like the Travelbuddy app but for Sports (I had similar idea while back).
