Phenomenal Chest Daywent hard, I retained lifting weights even though we're cutting, but fucked up my neck from tilting neck to look in the mirror while doing lateral raises and tricep pushdowns. Hurts now.

Neutral Back Daynot sure. Didn't do heavy volume or much weight. A bit ache in the lower back. Nutrition was "off" the past few days, I seem less lean again. Scale at Almesbger was broken - now a new one says 92kg
